Responsible Alcohol Use:
- Drink slowly.
- For every drink of alcohol, have one non-alcoholic drink.
- Choose alcohol-free or low-alcohol beverages.

- Pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- Breastfeeding.
- Driving a motor vehicle (e.g., car, truck, motorcycle, e-bike, scooter).
- Taking medicine or other drugs that interact with alcohol.
- You are responsible for the safety of others and//or making important decisions.
Keep cool when outdoors and protect your skin:
- Take breaks in a shady place to cool off.
- Drink lots of water and other non-alcoholic, non-caffeinated beverages to stay hydrated throughout the day.
- Take frequent breaks from strenuous activities.
- Stay in shady areas when possible, especially when the UV index is high.
- Wear UV protective clothing and sunglasses, such as a wide-brimmed hat and long-sleeved shirts and pants.
- Use sunscreen that helps block out UVA and UVB rays.
- Choose a water-resistant sunscreen that has a broad-spectrum sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or higher.
- Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going outside and reapply after swimming, strenuous exercise or toweling off.
